Participants will engage in a 1-hour presentation focused on exploring behaviours and the associated strategies most effective for the early resolution of conflict in the workplace. Our presenters are experienced dispute resolution practitioners with over 18 years experience assisting people to navigate conflict situations in an array of contexts.
Troy Degenhardt is the Director of Northern Territory Alternative Dispute Resolution (or “NTADR”) and the Principal ADR Consultant for Conflict Resolution Australia. With over 18 years experience as a Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Troy has assisted individuals, groups, and organisations to safely navigate a vast array of conflict environments using processes of coaching, mediation, group facilitation, and restorative practices.
Prior to working in both the not-for-profit and private sectors, Troy was engaged in high-level leadership roles for both the Northern Territory and Queensland Governments.
